Affordable Family Dentistry accepts DSHS: all patients must have a Provider One Card.
DSHS provides full dental coverage for children until their 19th birthday, and patients who are 19 years old and above have limited coverage under DSHS.

In 2011, due to state-wide budget cuts, legislation in Olympia made severe cuts in DSHS dental coverage for adults. Only emergency exams and extractions of painful and infected teeth are covered. For dental services not covered by DSHS, we have created the Affordable Family Dentistry Membership Plan that offers discounted fees over standard rates.

DSHS provides full dental coverage for children until their 19th birthday, and patients who are 19 years old and above have limited coverage under DSHS.

DSHS may provide full dental coverage for pregnant females up to 1 month after birth.
